This is the classic Test/Deca/Dbol stack that has been a timeless favorite for bodybuilders looking to bulk up and add serious muscle. I take 4 GP Methan10 about an hour before training session starting on day 1, and continue this for 6 weeks, take 1ml of GP Test Enanth 250 mixed with .5 ml of GP Deca 250 on day 1, and another injection of the same mixture 2-3 days later and continue this for 10 weeks. Most people find it easiest to stick to a same day dosing schedule for injections. (Example: Sun & Wed or Mon & Thur). Half of a GP Anastrozole starting on day 1 and continue throughout the entire duration of the cycle, and for 10 days following to suppress any estrogen that may result from the lingering testosterone.

IGF   1- What it is.
IGF-1 is essentially a polypeptide hormone that has almost the same properties molecularly as insulin.  Insulin-like-growth-factor is an abbreviation for IGF dose.  Children’s long bone growth and adults muscle growth and repair is mostly controlled by IGF-1.  IGF and long R3 is a stronger version of IGF-1.  By IGF-1 combining proteins in the blood stream to stop deactivation, some chemicals are altered, resulting in a half-life of 20-30 hours, not the usual 20 minutes. This is a much more effectual version than what we are used to dealing with.

2-What it does.
IGF-LR3 increases mass of the muscle tremendously by bringing on a state of hyperplasia of the muscle (muscle cells that are new are increased) where it is injected, right into the muscle.  It can be thought of as one cell becoming two, or proliferation of muscle cells.  Increasing muscle cell growth is right on cycle. IGF is better than HGH because HGH makes IGF increase in the liver, before going into the muscle.  IGF-LR3 causes localized IGF scales to shoot up.

3-Other benefits (From a German study)
"Building up of tissue is one of the primary features IGF-1, so it is of larger value.  Muscular and cellular counts can change genetically in the body with IGF-1.  Also, it can help enhance the ability of the body to repair damaged tissue.  IGF-1 is being researched right now, to possibly be able to help burn patients repair burned tissue, and help regenerate effects on patients with AIDS with wasting of muscles.  It is impossible to immediately see the effects right away, since it takes a fair amount of time to be able to see any changes in muscle repair." Although shape and size of muscles can be seen relatively fast through a regimen of IGF-LR3.

4-Dosage and use
For cell muscle proliferation the dose that works the best is 40mcg for men bilaterally, and for women 20mcg.  This means, 40mcg in the bicep and 40mcg before working-out.  In any 2 groups of muscles that match, 20 for women in each bicep.  This can be done for maximum thirty days and then take thirty days off. When using IGF, you must be aware of your intake of carbs and make sure it is an adequate amount.  This type lasts long and it will grab on to the glucose and cause local enhancing muscle effects.  It works almost the same as insulin.  For 7-10 hours you could take carbs at 20g releasing slowly 5 grams and 15 grams rapidly, for every hour of its effectiveness for the first seven hours.  Basically, A woman's dose is half of a mans.

Before working out- bi-laterally 40mcg. Start with a meal of pwo and 40g of carbs, slowly releasing 30g then quick release 10g of carbs, This will work for about two hours.

After working-out- carbs @ 40g slow release or lower gi @30g, fast releasing carbs @10g.  This will work for two additional hours.

Repeat the steps two hours later, which should be around six hours.  Take carbs whenever you feel like you need them, or if you are feeling light headed, or have any symptoms of hypoglycemia.

Other people choose dosing 70g of carbs while eating before their workout, then four hours later 70 grams more.  This outline was done to depict the most anabolic and all of the supplies you need to increase for its effects.  At the most, use this three times per week and only on days that you are going to workout.

Acetic acid should be used to reconstitute, and inject right into the muscle using a one-inch insulin syringe. Make sure to refrigerate after mixing, and it must by used in two weeks.

5- Dosing pre workout
You proliferate muscle cells, when the muscle actually breaks down during extreme exercise causing local IGF-1 levels to shoot up.  Arachadionic acid is effective because localized IGF-1 levels are increased; increasing an inflammatory response muscle breakdown or degradation.  By using IGF-LR3 before working out you will benefit from Hyperplasia right away, without having to wait almost two hours to be able to use your IGF.  This increases the amount of time in the growth period, in its most important period.  This will provide your muscle everything it needs to grow exactly at the correct time, before being broken down.  In addition to eating a meal before working out you will give fire to your session and let your muscles take advantage of the giant pumps IG3-LR3 that your muscles have over filled with nutrients, higher local IGF-1 levels, and blood.

Russian experiences- After a few weeks of trying different experiments and ideas there was good success with the outlined protocol that I written above. In just four weeks of using these steps that I outlined above, focusing on the biceps and triceps depth was added to my horse shoe triceps and shapes unlike any other body builders I had seen.  I also increased my bicep peak's severity with a 0.5 arm size increase.  That may seem small, but mostly all anabolic cycles that last for about than five weeks or a little more, it is not really that common to see gains like that.  With no other anabolic, I saw a big result, especially when I used it by itself.

To increase the effectiveness, insulin responsiveness, and liver IGF-1 levels I will add Need2slin the next time I use it.

5-Possible side effects
Carbs increase proliferation of muscle cells so they are not used as a primary source of fuel and lethargy can be a big side effect that you need to watch out for.  Another big symptom is burning after reconstituting from the acetic acid.  Keep a lot of carbs around in case you have signs of hypoglycemia.

Have fun using IGF-LR3 by adding size and shape to parts that are saggy.
